Due to the nature of our products (skin care and cosmetics) and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you have selected the correct products before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at eightfifty.cosmo@gmail.com.

To request a refund for a damaged item:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. Send us a photo or video showing the damage clearly.

Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
